Greece Refugee Youth Project
Led a month long project for CalAid in the Filippiada refugee camp in Greece establishing school provision for the Afghan and Syrian children living there.
Working with UNHCR and Project Hope 4 Kids the team of four teachers I led successfully set up classes in English, Maths, Arabic and Persian and worked to ensure that the programme of classes were sustainable.
Calais Bicycle Aid
Access to a working bicycle has a big impact on day to day life for refugees in Calais.
Started in the summer of 2015 this project has made three trips to the refugee camps in France, built a bike workshop in the aid distribution centre and supplied tens of bicycles.

Sourdough Donut Project
Donut underestimate the versatility of donuts to teach folk about food and fermentation.

Fermented foods like sourdough bread, tempeh and kimchi are transformative foods in both their making and their effect your health. Fermentation Lab will work on education and edible projects like radical tempeh.
